I am in full support of Hello!Online not wanting people to inline link their photos. I’m pretty sure I have TLS set up as such. I can even understand why they wouldn’t want someone to use a regular hyperlink directly to their photos, as it provides no benefit to H!O for someone to view a single image and not the rest of the site. I really wish they’d create some sort of image view within their layout, much like Kakko-ii had.
It’s not that I don’t want to use my own bandwidth and would rather use bandwidth. I’d rather link to the originating site so that they get credit. I look at it as linking other blogs. I wouldn’t repost an entire blog entry from another blog on TLS, just to save them traffic and bandwidth, I’m not radicalpatriot.
Same goes for Japanese uplaoders.
