Went to the Medicine Wheel event, wrote down a story and a prayer. It actually got a bit emotional lol

Was Haromoni Worth Watching? July 06, 2008

Some time has passed since the last “Was Haromoni Worth Watching?” entry on TLS. I believe the fact that I am not talking about the show anymore should give you an indication of whether or not you should be watching it.

The last Haromoni that I touched was May 25, 2008. That is a considerable backlog. That’s five episodes for the month of June. Let’s say each episode is 22 minutes long. That would be somewhere around 110 minutes.

What else could I do with that time? Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986) was 102 minutes. Rear Window (1954) was 112 minutes. American Beauty (1999) was 122 minutes. All of them provide quality entertainment.

If you believe that I am going to sit down and watch every minute of all of those Haromoni episodes that I missed, you got another thing coming.

Why should I? What could I possibly have missed on those episodes of Haromoni? Nothing ever happens on this show.

And that is the theme for the latest episode.

I must be cursed. The first thing that Haromoni presents to me after my absence is this girl. I’ve already gone over why this is a terrible release from Berryz Koubou. I don’t want to talk about it anymore.

The baby is still around. Already this is a failure of an episode.

Lacrosse team. When are they going to be dressing up as a beach volleyball team?

This segmented started at 4:00.

Eri Kamei and Sayumi Michishige walk around a mall. They do nothing in this video. It is boring. Oh how it is so boring. The only thing that put a smile on my face was the people whose faces were blurred out. You see, they were too embarrassed to have their faces shown on Haromoni.

You have to be in love with Sayumi or Eri to enjoy this. I don’t mean just being a fan, a wota and a dedicated follower of these two. That’s not enough. If you are not ready to give a kidney to one of these girls*, then I don’t want to hear you saying that you enjoyed this.

* With no benefits attached. Furthermore, I’d refuse to allow you to say any “being inside Eri/Sayu” jokes.

This segmented last until 8:48. Almost 5 minutes of these two walking around doing nothing. WHY?

6 people vote in favor of this. LIARS!

Continuing our theme of nothing happening, here is Risa Niigaki with more bloopers. This wastes more time.

This quiz rubbish is still going on? Oh how I pity those of you who have watched this show over the last month. Nothing ever changes on this show. It is the same episode week in and week out. I saw Reina. I saw Reina overacting within 5 seconds. I did not sit around and watch the rest of this segment.

Oh please, like we can’t see behind this big question mark.

Gee I wonder who it could be??

v-u-den came and went. Is this the last time we see Rika Ishikawa while Yui Okada and Erika Miyoshi go onto long, productive careers in the entertainment industry?

Sitting through Haromoni has made me delusional.

That almost made it worth it. Almost.

The best scene in Haromoni history.
