Went to the Medicine Wheel event, wrote down a story and a prayer. It actually got a bit emotional lol

Ai Takahashi and Risa Niigaki Cannot Be Pink Lady

YouTube - ペッパー警部.

Here is a video of Ai Takahashi and Risa Niigaki preparing for their roles as Pink Lady in the upcoming drama “Hitmaker Aku Yuu Monogatari“. It would appear that they are trying to put forth a “quality” performance.

Fail.

The following video is Pink Lady. I’ve linked it on TLS before. There is no “quality” about it - and that is why it is so perfect.

PL are high as fuck in that clip. So great. I was not even thinking about watching this casting travesty. Even if Miki and Aya did it it would not make sense, but it would make a LITTLE more sense, them being….women and all, not wee-bodied cutesies. Tho I have to love how Gaki almost pulls it off…she can do anything. (Except not give a fuck…if her and Koha could have babies…) The only consolation to this was not casting Reina. And I still love Ai beyond all reason at this point, but she really can only do her one or two “Ai” things well. Not a lot of range, def. no ability to all out not give a fuck…on a normal pop song kinda boring.

You know how might have worked visually would be Rika & Yui. Almost.

I thought about that way too long.

Its sad that Aichan just can’t get into it…its as though she is so passive that she can’t put all her into personifying PL… ._. Risa is at least trying harder than her! Then again, I’ve never seen Risa be boring or looking like “I’m just here because I have to be.”…Although Ai has a nice voice, maybe a different girl would have been a better choice…
