My Poor Kanna’s Hand

Camera angles can do funny things. Like making a normal hand into this deformed, stubby mess.

That said, Kanna flirts with the camera better than anyone else right now. I bet the photographer for UFA is a woman.

Another Crush: Crystal Kay

I really love the PV for “Namida no Saki ni.” It is a simple song and a simple PV, and I discovered that I simply have a thing for Crystal Kay. There is a moment when the zombie cheerleaders (which is a not-so-subtle “cheerleaders are zombies” gimmick) doing the Michael Jackson Thriller dance. Really, that is all the PV needs to be… that dance over and over.

I’m So So So Hot Hot

It’s hot. Too damn hot.

If you live on the east coast (the right coast) of North America, you know what I am talking about. A terrible heat wave has run rampant through these parts. Those of us that live in the northeast are not accustomed to this weather. We feel it is hot at 86°F (30°C), let alone temperatures pushing 100°F (~38°C).

Unfortunately, this heat wave is coming at the worst time possible. Lots of us want to cut down on our electricity bills. In years past, the immediate reaction to this weather is sticking in the air conditioner. I’m trying to hold out as long as possible. Several fans, ice and nudes of Hillary Clinton (think unsexy thoughts, think unsexy thoughts) have not made things cooler, so I need to turn to a new source.

So please, photobooks of Hello!Project, enjoy your beaches and pools. Anything to make me feel like I am there and not in this sweltering, humid heat.

One of These Things is Not Like the Others

One of these things just doesn’t belong

Can you tell which thing is not like the others,
By the time I finish my blog?

Makoto Ogawa went to New Zealand, and returned a regular human being.

Ai Takahashi and Risa Niigaki…
